The Mendel Ruffré ski area also offers the possibility of gliding through the enchanting winter landscape on 10 km of circular trails in the Regole di Malosco cross-country ski centre.

Tobogganing in Kaltern

There are also toboggan runs in each of the ski areas. Probably the most traditional way to experience the snow in an exhilarating way is to speed down into the valley on a toboggan. Particularly popular is the "moonlight tobogganing", which includes a hearty dinner or a mulled wine stop.
