In the year 2018 finished rebuilt and completely renovated our holiday apartments, on the upper floor of our house.

FW1, with 56 m2,
consists of a large double room, a single room that can also be equipped with a double or bunk bed.
Living and dining room with sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen,
large bathroom with bathtub, double washbasin, WC and bidet
as well as a balcony and a terrace with seatings and table for 8 people.
After clarification,in the apartment possibly to make space for 7 people with additional beds or bunk beds, but it will be a little cramped in the bathroom and the kitchen!

FW2, with36 m2,
consists of a double room,
Living and dining room with sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen,
Bathroom with large walk-in shower, washbasin and WC,
as well a large terrace with seatings and table for 6 to 8 people. With an additional bed this apartment could also accommodate up to 5 people.

For our little guests we offer a baby bed and a high seat for children.

On request there is also a bread roll service.

Ideally situated for hikers, mountain lovers, mountainiers, cyclists, wine lovers and nature lovers.

The Restaurant - Pizzeria Weingarten and the beer garden Kaltern are in our immediate vicinity.
The village centre of Kaltern, with its numerous restaurants, pizzerias, shops, breakfast facilities, can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes, the neighbouring village of Eppan is about 3 km away.

The bus stop is 200 mt away, where there is a bus connection in the direction of Caldaro and one to the provincial capital Bolzano, which runs every 15 minutes.
The public transport, bus and train for the whole South Tyrol, as well as numerous cable cars and funiculars, see "Mobil Card South Tyrol", are at our guests' disposal for free.

Since Bozen is 11 km away, the city is centrally located and offers numerous day trips,
Dolomites, Alpe di Siusi - Val Gardena and Abbey Valley, Alpe di Villandera, Lake Garda, to mention only a few.
For bathing guests, of course, our famous Lake Caldaro, which is also easily accessible by lake bus, as well as the two Montiggler lakes and the Fiè Lake are also worth a visit.
Of course you can also use the information services of the Kaltern Tourist Office, which is open daily during the main holiday season.
