Cosy! That’s the first word that comes to your mind when entering this small but beautiful 40 m² apartment in the town centre of Kaltern. Recently partially renovated, it offers a comfortable double room, a purist kitchen-cum-living room, and a small bathroom with shower. And, of course, the position is perfect: everything you need is just around the corner. Therefore, even though there is no parking space, you don’t have to worry. Thanks to a free, permanent parking card, you can leave your car at the public parking space “Weinstraße P5”, which is only one minute away. To unload and load your car you can stop directly in front of the door

Living directly under the roof – that’s possible in this cosy attic apartment located directly next to the pedestrian zone. Steep steps take you up to the apartment, there is no elevator. But there are two comfortable bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a single bed), a kitchen equipped with all the most important things and a bathroom with shower. On the other side of the street, you can find some shops and restaurants. As there comes no parking space with the apartment, you will get a free parking card for the public parking space “Weinstraße P5”, which is only one minute away. Of course, to unload and load your car you can stop directly in front of the house.
