From the starting point follow the sign n° 13A. The Leuchtenburg was the seat of the Counts of Rottenburg, mentioned for the first time in documents of 1286. It might have been established around 1200. Beautiful view over Lake Kalterer See, the South Tyrolean Wine Road and the Etsch Valley.
