When in Kaltern the temperature is growing, every year hundred of sun worshippers and water lovers come to the lake. Since the summer of 2006 Kaltern has got a new attraction: a swimming pool that is surely unique for South Tyrol, built directly on the Lake of Kaltern, which offers to the habitants and the guests the possibility to take a very particular bath.

The architecture of the architect from Vienna Ernst Fuchs is a beauty for the eyes and invites everybody to enjoy the atmosphere of the lake. Sport and fun pools, children`s pool and whirlpool: the visitors wouldn`t miss anything.

The large sun deck with pool, relaxation area and tribune for sun worshippers hovers above the sunbathing lawn and gives you the feeling of being an a ship – it affords a wonderful panoramic view of Lake Kaltern, of gentle vineyards and beautiful mountains.

The old Lido building has been tastefully incorporated into the new complex. It was completed refurbished and accomodates.
