So you'll have something to talk about back home, get going. Activity is the order of the day! Or, if not - active idleness. To each his own.
 
You can hike short or long distances, strenuous or relaxing trails, Nordic or traditional. In any case, just long enough until you've rediscoverd a tiny bit of yourself again.
Or you can step it up a bit and head out to the sports complex in St. Anton, where there's tennis, bocce, badminton or football (soccer).
 
Actually, you can practice almost any sport around here. And there are not any excuses, even in winter, because the closest skiing slopes are only a half hour drive from here
